It has been a few weeks since I last blogged, but I wanted to assure everyone that I have not disappeared. The last month has presented a lot of time consuming projects, tasks, and travel that has left me little time to blog. :/
Currently I am playing with the ASP.NET MVC Framework, jQuery, and a Flickr-integrated viewing gallery implementing FlickrNet. I am nearly finished the prototype and I think it is pretty neat! A lot of you have contacted me in the past regarding my photo gallery solutions for BlogEngine.NET so I intend to work on a solution that will work for BlogEngine.NET users. Heck, maybe I'll even have a little multi-part series on how to create your very own!

After a long weekend in Las Vegas conquering craps tables, cheering on dueling pianos, drinking margaritas, and jumping out of perfectly good airplane I have returned to home to Washington, DC. I have tried to respond to everyone's comments, as well as planned out a few blog posts to answer a few questions from emails. I will be leaving for the city that never sleeps (Las Vegas) tomorrow and will not be returning until Tuesday. Now that BlogEngine.NET 1.3 is here I have updated my site to support the new release AND changed around the display of the site quite a bit. What do you think??

Now that I have turned my personal laptop into nothing more than a desktop, I decided to purchase a desktop after seeing what a friend was putting together for such a great price (shout-out to Troy). I purchased it piece-for-piece and will be assembling it myself this weekend (hopefully) - makes me think of the good old Eagle Technologies days...
